About the company

At mobile Solutions we currently have two shops in the East Anglia area of South east England. Our main shop is located in Lowestoft, Suffolk and has been open since March 2007. We also have a newer shop in The Castle Mall Norwich. this has been open Since April 2008.

Also as well as working previously in a Nokia Service centre we have been doing contracted work for 4 phone shops in the Norfolk area. We also have a very well formed relationship with all the network retail stores in the Mall and all of them recommend us to their customers

Whilst the business itself is a young venture two thirds of the staff have been repairing Mobile phones for 7 years. The owner John Wheeler is a level 3 Nokia Engineer, as is the manager of the Lowestoft branch. John spent many years working in a Nokia service centre and his main duty for part of his time was training other engineers. this shows the high levels of competence possessed by our staff.

As we have a background in service centres all our repairs are carried out using only genuine manufacturer parts sourced either directly or indirect from service centres. This ensures all ours repairs are carried out using only the highest quality products as approved by the Manufacturer.

Many of the repairs we carry out are complete within the hour and we keep a large amount of parts in stock at both our shops. All our repairs are carried out to the Nokia standards and come with 1 months warranty. We are also the only company (to our knowledge) that offer liquid damage repairs in Norwich.
